Inter-Hospital Patient Transfer
When a patient needs to move from one hospital to another — for example from a district facility to a specialist centre, or from ICU to a step-down ward — our inter-hospital transfer service provides a safe, continuous level of care throughout the move.
Our crews coordinate directly with both the sending and receiving medical teams: collecting the patient's reports and medications, matching equipment to their condition, and providing a structured handover on arrival. The right level of ambulance is selected based on the patient's stability.

How is the right ambulance chosen for a transfer?
Based on the patient's condition and stability — stable patients may need a BLS ambulance, while critically ill patients require ALS or ICU-level transport. Our team assesses each case with the referring doctor.

Do you move patients to other cities?
Yes. We routinely transfer patients from Hazara to Islamabad, Peshawar and other cities, and back again after treatment.

Will the receiving hospital be informed?
Always. We contact the receiving unit in advance and provide a full clinical handover on arrival.
